The member is responsible for paying all monthly subscription fees according to the billing terms of their specific subscription choice. Finally, members will be informed of renewal fees for a third time upon being renewed the second month of service (3). Member authorizes SportsJobsUSA.com to charge members credit card or alternate initial subscription payment method to pay for the ongoing cost of monthly membership. Payment for an on-going membership to SportsJobsUSA.com shall be made by automatic credit card debit or initial subscription payment method. Members will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless a cancellation request is made via SportsJobsUSA.com Cancellation Request Form one (1) business day prior to membership expiration.

The dues to gain access to SportsJobsUSA.com database is $9.95 for a 7 day trial, or $29.95 per month. The month-to-month membership requires cancellation by visiting our SportsJobsUSA.com Cancellation Request Form. If cancellation is not completed one day prior to your monthly anniversary date, your account will be charged $29.95 per month. Any partial day on the service will count as a full day on the service. All subscription, renewal and cancellation will be based on the central time zone.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of SportsJobsUSA.com, its employees, directors and affiliated entities including all third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Web Site, the Content or your breach of these Terms of Use.
